I would imagine there's a mix like with everywhere, but I would hazard a guess that in general service bands lean at least a tad more Democrat than the military overall because they are almost certain to be college educated (college educated Americans are statistically more likely to lean Democrat).
I wonder whether marine band players are mainly republicans or democrats.
